Come on a Retreat

Take time out to reflect, rebalance and refocus

'For a moment I had an odd sensation of being in a story that  someone was writing'

(David Mitchell, tweet, 2017)

Find peace, clarity and inspiration

Our passion is to give you the time, a safe space and the tools you need to quieten your mind and help you to reconnect with what is really important to you.  During the retreat weekend you will have the opportunity to have a one-one coaching session to assist in this process.  For day retreats there will be access to life coaching techniques after the event.

Our venues are in coastal and countryside locations in Yorkshire, set in tranquil and inspirational settings.  We offer comfortable accommodation, peaceful grounds with local walks, and access to a diverse range of activities that will help to make our retreats special.  Watch our blog for details of new events as we develop in the future!

"Thank you Lesley for arranging such a fun, absorbing and thought provoking day!  The results are now adorning my kitchen wall as a good reminder of all that matters in my life"  -  Joan

Weekend life coaching retreats - Investing in You

Our retreats are intended to give you the tools you need to help you make more informed choices about whatever challenges are causing you anxiety or stress in your life.  Our skilful and experienced coaches will work with you both individually and in small groups.  We want you to enjoy our retreats and they will be safe places where you can develop and be yourself.  The group sessions and activities that we facilitate are not group therapy sessions.  You need only share with us anything that you are comfortable with, and we will work together at the beginning of the retreat to design a set of conditions that are confidential and respectful.

Our retreats are unique and organic.  Activities can be flexible to suit the needs of the group we are working with at the time, and can include the following:

  • Individual and small group discussion
  • Relaxation
  • Yoga
  • Guided meditation
  • T'ai Chi
  • Mindfulness
  • Creative writing
  • Bibliotherapy
  • Laughter therapy
  • Singing
  • Music and dance
  • Storytelling
