At Integra Coaching we work with both individuals and organisations to help them bring about purposeful and sustainable change. We are based in Scarborough, on the North Yorkshire Coast, with the beautiful North York Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds on our doorstep. But we don't sit in our deckchairs looking out to sea all the time! We do work locally, but our work also takes us much further afield.
Where we feel we are different, is in our approach to our work with clients. We will not give you off-the-shelf solutions - there are no set formulas. Instead we will take your lead and work with you to help you come up with your own ways of going forward. A strong thread throughout our relationships with clients is an emphasis on core values and on being open and inclusive.
We care about the things you care about: a rewarding career, a satisfying work role, a thriving business, a happy and healthy life - one that is balanced and fulfilling. We know from our experience that when you are bogged down in the day to day, facing overload or anxiety about the future, it is easy to lose sight of your main priorities or goals. We will work with you to help you reconnect with what is really important to you, and to have the confidence to act on this in the future.
